The customer must keep the mattress set for a minimum of 7 days (from the date of delivery), which is the accepted adjustment period for a new mattress.
The mattress set can be exchanged once within 7-30 days (from the date of delivery) for a model of similar value with payment of dollar value difference and applicable taxes. A 15% restocking fee, plus delivery fee, applies.
In order for the mattress set to be exchanged, it must be free from stains and damage; therefore, the customer must purchase and use a mattress pad from VanDrie’s.

Back Sleeper
Back sleepers know how they like to sleep. Lying flat on the back spreads out pressure points across the body and allows the spine to straighten out. Experts recommend a Medium-Firm mattresses, this allows some give that will support the lower back area to prevent back pain.
